The tenancy is terminated effective August 31, 2021. The Tenant owes no money to the Landlords as the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant exceeds the amount the Landlords are entitled to. The Landlords are authorized to offset $41.78 per day for compensation for the Tenant's use of the unit starting August 21, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
