The Tenant filed a motion to set aside order EAL-96871-21.

Order EAL-96871-21, issued on August 20, 2021, is set aside. The Landlords' application under section 78 of the Act is dismissed. Order EAL-89764-20, issued on February 9, 2021, remains in effect.
