The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 31, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,520.34 plus $16.77 per day starting January 21, 2022 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 31, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest starting February 1, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by February 1, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
