The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 13, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,511.10 plus $43.30 per day starting March 3, 2022 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 13, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest starting March 14, 2022 and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
