What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on January 23, 2019 with respect to application NOL-34077-18. The Landlord observed and provided photos that on May 19, 2020, the Tenant breached the conditions of not leaving or storing garbage in any areas of the residential complex yard, not allowing garbage to accumulate in the residential complex yard, and not ensuring that any feces deposited by his pet in the residential complex yard be picked up immediately upon deposit.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before August 15, 2020. If the unit is not vacated on or before August 15, 2020, then starting August 16, 2020, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
