The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 31, 2021. The Tenant must move out by this date and pay the Landlord $1,672 in rent arrears and costs. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 31, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by June 1, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction.
