The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $948.60 for rent arrears and damages, plus $4.57 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting May 1, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 15, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
