What happened

The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants because they failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on January 15, 2020. The tenants were causing disturbances, interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of other tenants, and uttering racial slurs.

The ruling

The tenancy between the landlord and the tenants is terminated. The tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before August 15, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
