What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. The Tenants have paid rent late 15 times since March 2019.

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay new rent on time and in full for the period November 1, 2020 to October 31, 2021. If the Tenants fail to make any one of the payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board within 30 days for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
