The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,669.87, which includes rent arrears up to August 13, 2020 and costs from the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $23.35 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting August 14, 2020 until the Tenant moves out.
