The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 22, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $11,248.20 plus $56.81 per day starting August 12, 2020 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 22, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest starting August 23, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by August 22, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
