The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 24, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,601.12 in rent arrears and $55.54 per day in compensation for use of the unit from August 1, 2021 until the move-out date. If the full amount is not paid by August 24, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
