What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $5,911.00 by December 16, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by December 16, 2022, and pay the Landlord $1,975.74 plus $27.78 per day from September 13, 2022, until move-out. The Tenant can make a one-time motion to void the order if full payment is made before the Sheriff enforces eviction.
