What happened

The ruling

The previous order TEL-13937-20 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must vacate the unit by September 28, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $18,450.88 plus $72.33 per day starting September 18, 2021 until they vacate. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 28, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
