The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $9,413.57 by December 18, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by December 18, 2022, and pay $5,303.53 plus $29.75 per day from September 15, 2022, until move-out. The Tenant may make a motion to void the order under section 74(11) of the Act if full payment is made before the Sheriff enforces eviction.
