What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant. The Tenant had stored a hot tub, gazebo and other items in the driveway, preventing the neighbor from parking, and had excess clutter in the basement and on the rear deck.

The ruling

The Tenant was ordered to remove the items from the driveway, deck, and basement by January 31, 2022. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord can apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
