The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 16, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $10,275.39, which includes rent arrears and application costs, less the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by July 16, 2021, they will owe interest and the Landlords can file the order for enforcement.
