What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 9, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,848.59, plus $60.82 per day starting March 30, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 9, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by April 9, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
