What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent and for substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 24, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $827.35 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $19.09 per day starting May 14, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. The Tenant must also pay $190 in application fees. If the Tenant pays $1,351.60 on or before May 24, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
