What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 11, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,739.37 plus $24.33 per day starting April 1, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by April 11, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
