What happened

The ruling

The Landlord was not permitted to collect a $350 security deposit from the Tenant, and this amount must be returned to the Tenant. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the full amount owing by February 9, 2021, the Landlord will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
