The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 8, 2021, and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 8, 2021, they will owe interest starting August 9, 2021 at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by August 8, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting August 9, 2021.
