What happened

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by February 21, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $5,120.76, which includes the remaining arrears from the previous order and compensation for use of the unit. If the Tenant does not pay by the due date, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
