What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 20, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $6,414.52 on or before that date. The Tenant must pay $4,473.84 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $186.00 for application costs. Daily compensation of $34.00 is due for each day of occupation starting February 10, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by February 20, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
