What happened

The ruling
The Landlord is ordered to pay the Tenants a total of $2,211.20 for their reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred due to the Landlord's breach of its repair and maintenance obligations. If the Landlord does not pay the full amounts by October 1, 2018, the Tenants shall be entitled to interest on the outstanding balance.
