What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's behavior substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of the Landlord or other tenants.

The ruling

The Tenant shall not substantially interfere with the reasonable enjoyment of the Landlord or any other tenants, and in particular, shall not be publicly intoxicated in the common areas or yell at or make obscene remarks to other tenants. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $190 for the cost of filing the application.
