What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was initially resolved by a Board mediated agreement on July 27, 2018, where the Tenant agreed to pay the Landlord $4,700 in rent arrears by August 1, 2018. The Landlord later requested to re-open the application as the Tenant did not pay the full $60 balance on August 1st.

The request to review the order issued on November 16, 2018 and amended on December 5, 2018 is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged. The interim order issued on December 14, 2018 is cancelled and the stay on the original order is lifted immediately.
