What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord also claimed charges related to NSF cheques. The application was resolved by an order issued on September 26, 2022. The Tenant's Representative, the Public Guardian and Trustee (PGT), requested a review of the order, as they did not receive notice of the hearing held on September 13, 2022.
