What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the current unauthorized occupant of the rental unit and for the unauthorized occupant to pay compensation for the use of the rental unit.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. R R shall move out of the rental unit on or before July 28, 2018 and pay the Landlord $584.80 for compensation for the use of the unit from July 1 to July 16, 2018, and $36.55 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from July 17, 2018 to the date he moves out. R R shall also pay the Landlord $190.00 for the cost of filing the application. If R R does not pay the full amount by July 28, 2018, he will owe interest at 3.00% on the outstanding balance starting July 29, 2018. If the unit is not vacated by July 28, 2018, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
