What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Tenants had not paid the total rent required for the period from July 1, 2015 to September 30, 2015. The Landlord served a Notice of Termination effective July 24, 2015 due to the arrears.

The Tenants must pay $1,471.53 for rent arrears and compensation up to September 15, 2015, plus $43.99 per day from September 16, 2015 until they move out. The Tenants can void the eviction by paying $3,584.36 by September 30, 2015, or $4,922.48 by October 31, 2015.
