Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their dogs continuously barking and disturbing other residents, despite a warning letter from the Landlord.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by June 4, 2019. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $175 for the cost of filing the application. If the unit is not vacated by June 4, 2019, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
