What happened

The ruling
The Board set aside the previous eviction order and ordered the Tenant to ensure the rental unit is in an ordinary state of cleanliness and the kitty litter is cleaned daily, and the Tenant must be willing to accept assistance from outside supports to clean and maintain the unit. The Landlord was ordered to conduct monthly inspections of the rental unit.
