What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant. The unit was in a state of severe uncleanliness, with excess property, clutter, debris, excessive garbage, and pet feces and urine that caused a continuous heavy stench in the common areas.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 11, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
