The ruling
The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by November 14, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,986 for rent arrears and application fees, plus $39.45 per day for compensation starting November 1, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 14, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
