What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $5,458.00 by October 30, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by October 30, 2022, and pay $4,620.27 plus $20.65 per day from September 27, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting October 31, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
