The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by January 30, 2023. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $491.66, which includes the cost of filing the application and repairing the damage caused by the Tenant. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 30, 2023, the Tenant will start owing interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
