What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant gave a notice to terminate the tenancy.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before November 10, 2020. The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by November 10, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding. If the unit is not vacated by November 10, 2020, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
