What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the unit was given to the Tenant for the term of the Tenant's employment which has now ended.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of January 2, 2022. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before January 2, 2022. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by November 5, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
