What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective November 13, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $10,826.93 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $34.19 per day starting November 3, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. The Tenant must also pay the $175 application fee. If the Tenant pays $11,917 on or before November 13, 2020, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
