What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant was not present at the hearing, but the Landlord and Tenant had negotiated a repayment plan prior to the hearing.

The ruling

The Landlord's application for eviction of the Tenant is denied on the condition that the Tenant pays the outstanding rent arrears and costs in installments, and continues to pay the lawful monthly rent on time.
