The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 24, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $10,289.44 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $175 in application fees, and $32.76 per day in compensation starting January 14, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant pays $11,152.40 on or before January 24, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
