What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants based on an agreement to terminate the tenancy signed by both parties.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated based on the agreement signed by both Landlords and Tenants. Tenants must vacate the rental unit by March 7, 2022. If not vacated, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting March 8, 2022.
