The ruling

The parties reached an agreement during the mediation session. The Tenant shall pay the monthly lawful rent in full and on time for a period of 12 months, beginning September 1, 2023. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application by October 1, 2023.
