What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on August 19, 2020 with respect to application HOL-06473-20. The condition was that the Tenants did not pay the utility bills on or before March 21, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 11, 2021, and the Tenants must move out by that date. If the unit is not vacated by April 11, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement of the eviction.
