The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 17, 2023. The Tenant must move out by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay by January 17, 2023, they will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
