What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant based on an agreement to terminate the tenancy signed by both parties.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2022, based on the agreement signed by both parties. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting March 1, 2022.
