What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on April 9, 2020 with respect to application TNL-20960-19.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before February 16, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
