What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent and the Tenant seriously impairing the safety of any person. The Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlord substantially interfered with their reasonable enjoyment, harassed them, withheld or interfered with vital services, and failed to meet maintenance obligations.
