What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's conduct substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.

The ruling

The Tenant shall have her dog on a leash or tether on the residential property at all times for the duration of her tenancy. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant, and for the payment of any new arrears of rent and NSF charges not already ordered.
