What happened

The ruling

If the tenant does not pay the full amount by July 11, 2021, the tenant will owe interest and the landlord can file the order for enforcement. The tenant can void the order and continue the tenancy by paying $401 by June 30, 2021 or $568 by July 11, 2021.
